P.H. Kuyper Gymnasium

Headquarters for the athletic department, P.H. Kuyper Gymnasium was constructed in 1970. A new wooden competition floor was installed in 1997 and has been the site of numerous NCAA championship events, including the NCAA Div. III women's basketball Final Four in 1993 and the volleyball Final Four in 2000. Both were sold-out events and the volleyball final was the first advance sellout in Div. III volleyball history. The facility also houses Central's wrestling room, four racquetball courts, two saunas, locker rooms, classrooms, offices and a lab for the exercise science department.

Central played host to the 2000 NCAA Division III Volleyball Championships with sell-out crowds both nights.
